今日は、名古屋駅のセントラルタワーの魚がし料理嘉鮮さんで、ランチをいただきました。マグロにアジ、どちらも、がっつり多めで、これぞ刺身って感じでいただきました。次からは赤だしくらいは、オプションで追加したいくらいに、生物三昧でした。
