After finishing the first party in Nagoya Cochin, we headed to after-party without missing a single person. I thought it would take some time to find it, but I found Kabuto, a flashy-looking bar near the first party. No, it caught my eye. I thought we might have a hard time since there were so many people, but when we couldn't, we asked the staff and they told us that there were seats available until 11pm, which was about 90 minutes. Thank you. It's amazing that we have reservations even at 11pm. The inside of the store is very busy, but unlike the appearance, it is an ordinary Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Are there many table seats? Sit down at a table and order your favorite plate. The seats are not widely spaced. I ordered 480 yen of ginkgo nuts, which are in season and I love them, and assorted oden for 600 yen. There weren't a lot of ginkgo nuts, but they were large and filling, and the ginkgo flavor was strong. Oden is made with miso and is as dark in color as it looks. This store had a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, but the handwritten sake menu caught my eye and I enjoyed Houken and Enayama. It was my first time visiting Enayama since I drank my favorite cloud water, but the miso oden was a winner. The people around me were also ordering skewers even though they had just eaten Cochin. I see, it's quite affordable as there are a variety of products starting from 150 yen. The staff at the store responded in a cheerful manner even in the busy store, which made me feel comfortable. Please keep in mind that it is convenient and close to the station. Thank you for the meal!
