土蔵の中で楽しむコース料理
今日は、国際センターの近くにある、十八番さんにお邪魔しました。
年度末の飲み会です。人数が多いので、奥の土蔵に通されます。
料理は飲み放題付きの4500円のコースを頼んであります。麦酒は、私が好きなスーパードライの瓶があったので、ピッチャーの生ビールをやめて瓶を頼みました。
最初に口取が出ます。
塩漬けの桜の花とゼンマイか入った冷たい茶碗蒸しです。甘めの味付けに、塩辛さが引き立ちます。
次は、お造りです。
赤身、白身と、炙った貝が出ます。魚は鮪と鯛と思われます。
次は焼物として、大根ふきのとう味噌焼が出てきました。焼物メニューですが焼いてなく、まるでおでんの様に茹でた大根に赤味噌が掛かっています。
実は、外が肌寒いなかを名古屋駅から20分ほど歩いてきたので、体が冷えていました。そこにビールと冷製料理が続いていた所でしたので、この大根の温かさで、とてもホッとしました。
次はサラダです。春野菜とホタルイカの温玉サラダで、温泉卵が真ん中に隠れているので、よくかき混ぜてから皿に取ります。蔵の中は照明が暗いので、最初は小さいホタルイカに気付きませんでした。
次は、鍋です。
豚のしゃぶしゃぶですが、特徴的なのは、カレー味なところです。温まった鍋からはターメリックの刺激的な匂いが漂います。最初はカレー味？と思いましたが、食べてみると火鍋やキムチ鍋よりもマイルドな辛さで、美味しくいただきました。
次は、揚げ物です。
玉ネギとはんぺんを練ってパン粉で揚げてあります。その上に鰹節がかかっています。四角く刻んだ玉ねぎとハンペンの食感がプリプリしていて、最初はエビかと思いました。
ご飯には、おにぎりが出ます。海苔など巻いてなく、円筒型に握ったシンプルなおにぎりです。
最後にデザートのアイスクリームです。
お酒も料理も沢山頂いたので、満腹感と満足感で満たされて帰路につきました。

I'm having a drinking party with my colleagues from work. Recently, the number of drinking parties has gradually increased, which is a good trend! There are various drinking groups within the company, but it's been a while since I last met these members. It's June and the days are getting longer, so let's have a toast while it's still light lol - All-you-can-drink 5000 yen course There were 7 dishes. Please see the photos for the contents of the dishes. They are arranged in the order in which they were provided. Of the seven dishes, the sashimi and daikon Simmered dish were delicious. The sashimi was red meat, mackerel, and scallops. Everything was of good quality, especially the scallops, which were partially charred, and the cooking was excellent as well as the ingredients. On this day, we toasted with beer and drank until the end lol I've become a beer fan lately. For some reason, when I drink with friends, I can drink more than I do at home, so I ended up drinking too much that day (bitter smile). I'm worried that I won't be able to wear the pants I'm wearing now (^◇^;) Thank you for the meal. .
