金曜日の夜、お客様に連れて行って頂きました。
昔から通っておられるようで、食事はお店のおまかせにされたようです。
写真はさすがに撮れずでしたが、とても雰囲気のいいお店。お客さんで溢れています。
ようやく夜も戻ってきましたね。
下仁田ネギの天ぷら。
中がトロッとしており甘くて美味しい。歳を重ねるとこういった食べ物がいいですね。
鰹の藁焼き。
周りを燻してある鰹。薄切りで好きな薬味を付けて頂きます。ニンニクチップがとてもよく合います。
ホタルイカの味噌和え。
ホタルイカ、大好きです。やや大ぶりでとても美味しいです。
鶏レバー。
レバ刺しに火をギリギリで入れてある感じ。
レバに火を入れると硬くなりますが、そこまでいかず、でも火はきちんと入っています。ごま油と塩の味付けが最高です。
焼鳥。ネギマ。
普通に美味しい。熱いうちに食べる焼き鳥はやはり美味しいですね。
全体的に美味しい料理でした。
日本酒を調子に乗って飲んでしまいヘロヘロです。
