初めての立ち飲み
美味しいお魚が食べたくて来店夕方5時だとゆうのにもう沢山の人でしたが気のいいお客様が席を譲ってくれて入ることができました。そんな雰囲気も立ち飲み屋さんぽくてホッとしました♪
お造りと白子の天ぷらを注文し先ずは生ビールをいただきました。名古屋の鮮魚は正直金沢出身の私には期待はしてませんでしたが何より細かな盛り付け、隠し包丁などのキメの細かい手仕事に感動しました！天ぷらもサクサクで白子のトロトロ感がより引き立つ全く癖のないアッサリなお味でした。お値段もリーズナブルでまた是非行きたいお店です！お店の店員さんはお若い方が多いのでふれませんがw

週末相方とカラオケ前に立寄った別のお店(魚椿の系列店舗)が満席のためこちらに案内されました。
何年か前に行った事はあったのですがそこから店舗数も増えていったせいか今流行りの居酒屋なメニューに変わってしまっていたのはちょっと残念
素材重視の以前の感じとは違ってましたが
若いお客様には喜んでもらえるメニューだなと思いました。
