友人を名古屋駅に送り、17時に店に到着。
店頭に1組の待ち客。その客が直ぐに入店し、それから自分たちの番が長かった。
テーブル席は空いているのに何故かなぁ？
客の注文に料理を造るのが追いつかないのだ。
待つこと20分、入店した。
☆広島産牡蠣フライ定食 1,100円
アジフライ定食 1,100円
瓶ビール（大） 693円を注文した。
待つこと10分。あっという間に料理が出てきた。
＊牡蠣フライ
衣がサクッ、牡蠣が熱くて苦みがある。
この苦みが、冷凍の牡蠣を解凍したモノには無い味だ。
やはり旬モノは美味い。
