Born in Fukushima Prefecture. After working at Ginza Aroma Fresca and a private shop, he opened one in his wife's hometown of Nagoya. We use ingredients carefully sourced from vendors we have built trust with, and we offer simple yet gentle Italian cuisine that is particular about aroma and taste, and is in tune with Japan's four seasons. We accept not only course meals but also a la carte meals, with the idea that we can accommodate a variety of people's situations by allowing customers to enjoy their meals a la carte at any time they like.

The interior of the restaurant, which is a renovated old folk house, has the feel of a hideaway for adults, and the interior retains its original appearance, giving it a quaint atmosphere. The store's name, ``Olmo'', means zelkova in Italian, and is used throughout the store for the tables and chairs. Please enjoy your meal slowly in a calm space where you can feel the warmth of wood.
