２月初旬平日のランチ、知人に以前からすすめられていた四間道にある
古民家を利用したOsteriaＯＬＭＯさんへ来ました。
ランチは特に人気店と言う事もあり、事前に予約を入れました。
店内の雰囲気はナチュラルウッドが使われていて、とても温かみのあるお店です。

Bコース ３２００円＋３００円デザートにしました(^^♪
前菜
カボチャのスープ甘さが♡
玉ねぎのキッシュも美味しい♪
青のりのあげぱんは、カリッふわっ青のりの香りも美味しい♪
これとっても好みです。

カブの身と葉の浅漬け、ゆずの香り
鱒のサラダ、アルファルファ
彩良い前菜は、食感味ともにとても満足できるひと皿でした。

外側サクッと中はふわっと、香草の香り良い、好みのフォカッチャ♪
本日のパスタ
初物タケノコ バターの香り、マジョラム
タケノコのザクザク食感と香りにバターが後追い、の後軽いえぐみと
量もいい感じです。
本日のリゾット
ホワイトアスパラのリゾットは、ヤギのチーズ、牛のチーズ（カステルマーニョ、
白カビのチーズ伝統的な製法で作られた幻のチーズ）が使われていて
チーズの溶け具合が変わって、最初と後の違いが楽しめるお皿。
黒トリュフがかかっていて香りの良さが増します♪
アスパラの甘さと食感も♡
メイン
群馬県加藤ポークは、薄ピンクの脂の無いタイプ
ソースは、粒マスタードを使ったあっさりタイプ
ガッチリ感はないけれど、あっさりしっかり食べられるポーク。
付け合せは、白菜と人参、青大根、こちらも♪

ドリンクは、珍しくカプチーノをとても綺麗なモチーフに(^^♪
おとなりのパスタが美味しそう♡
パスタだけで、お腹がいっぱいになりそうだけど(^^;
