出していただきました。
ペアリングでしたが、ワインの説明を受け
何種類かのワインの中から
気になるワインを選ばせていただけて
自分の好きなワインとお食事を合わせることができました。
料理は普段聞きなれない食材が
多く使われていましたが、
簡潔に説明していただきお食事を楽しむことができました。
シェフもホールスタッフの方も気さくで
とても話しやすく楽しいお食事でした（^^）
ラムが苦手でも、ラムの嫌な感じがなく
美味しく食べられました！
