基本的には過去の投稿はしないのですが、こちらは日付がハッキリしていること、当時のメモがあることから投稿させていただきます。
オステリアオルモさんは、一昨年の5月2日に伺わせていただきました。名駅から徒歩10分程度の四間道にある、隠れ家的なお店です。お店はとてもちいさいので、予約必須です。
オステリアオルモさんは、本格的なイタリアンコースをいただけます。その時の旬の食材を使い、それを見事なまでの繊細な味付けと、美しい盛付けにより見た目から楽しませてくれます。
この日に出た料理はどれも抜群に美味しく、過度な味付けはせずに素材を活かして素材そのものを楽しめるようになっています。
この日いただいた中で自分が特に気に入ったのが、ホタルイカを使ったリゾットです。濃厚なリゾットにホタルイカの味噌などが合わさり、口いっぱいに旨味が広がります。もっと食べたい！！そう思う逸品でした。
また、個人的に嬉しかったのが、食後のドルチェをチーズに変えられることです。自分は飲み足りなかったこともあり、チーズに変えていただきワインといただきました。
