ハンバーガーのような飛騨牛コロッケ茂治風
初訪問です。個室は全て埋まっていましたが、オープンの席は時節柄か、空いていました。席間はゆったりととられていて、落ち着いた感じ。好印象です。
生ビールからはじめます。
カウンターにたくさんのおばんざいが並んでいて美味しいそう。
飛騨牛をつかているようで、そこから3品いただきました。
牛すじの土手煮は上品ですが、土手煮の旨みもしっかり味わえます。
飛騨牛コロッケ茂治風は、味もいいのですが、最中の餡の部分にコロッケが挟まっていてなかなか面白いですね。最中のようであり、ハンバーガーのようであり。
飛騨牛タタキはジュレがたっぷりのっています。
そして、季節ものの稚鮎の南蛮漬け。稚鮎はやはりこの苦みがいい。お酢は上品な感じです。
銀鱈の西京焼きもプルプルしています。
出汁巻き玉子もさすが。どれも美味しいですね。
お酒もいろいろとあり、つい食べ過ぎてしまいますね。

予約の上二度目の、訪問です。
満席のようですね。声は抜けますが一応個室になっている部屋ががいくつかと、オープンな4人テーブルがお店の中央にいくつかあります。
ここはやはりカウンターに並んだおばんざいが魅力ですね。
生ビールからはじめて、稚鮎の南蛮漬けに、たこときゅうりの酢の物、割り干し大根の旨煮、茄子揚げ浸し、ちりめんじゃことセロリ炒めなどなど、つい取り過ぎてしまいます。そして、どれも美味しい。結構これでお腹いっぱいになってしまいますが、これに刺身の盛合わせをお願いします。
お刺身も新鮮でコリっとしています。
あと面白いのが飛騨牛コロッケ茂治風。一見最中です。この餡がコロッケとなっているというか、コロッケの中身というか。なかなか美味しいです。
途中からは、色々な種類がある日本酒でせめます。
やはり、ここは美味しいですね。
