茂治定食を御賞味あれ
名駅のKITTEと大名古屋ビルヂングの間にあるビルの中にあるお店。
近くには海鮮丼で有名なめしの助があるエリア。
お店の近くまで行くとメニュー表の看板が見えてきます。
ビルの中に入っていきエレベーターで移動するのが楽です。
お店の入り口は奥まったとこにあり初見では少し不安になっちゃいます。
お店はやはり高級和食料理店だけあって上品であり落ち着いた大人の空間です。
夜のメニューは高級ですが、ランチメニューは１０００円ジャストで
夜と同じ質の料理を食べられるからありがたい。
この日は看板メニューの茂治定食。
この日のメインは豚の生姜焼き。
そして、おばんざいが数種類、五穀米、味噌汁、お漬物。
おばんざいの中の茶わん蒸しがコーンが入ってる変わり種。
そのコーンの甘みが初めて食べる茶わん蒸し。
メインの豚の生姜焼きは生姜の香りがご飯を欲する。
全てのメニューにおいて優しい味付けで、ボリュームも満足できます。

久しぶりの茂治さん。
食べてみたかった“十二単御膳”
お店はスゴい賑わいでした！
十二単御膳は予約制なので予約をしたので
良かったけど予約なしなら待ちだったかも。
前に来た時は混んでる印象無かったですが、
これもインスタ効果なんでしょうか
前回行った以来、茂治さんの投稿を
良く目にするようになりました。
実際に料理は味よし。見栄えよし。コスパよし。ですからね
どれから食べるか迷う12種類のおばんざい。
どれ食べても美味しく味は確かなもの✨
きっと栄養のバランスもいいものでしょう。
とびきり美味しかったのは湯葉餡かけご飯
とろとろの湯葉にしっかり出汁が効いた餡がうまい！
優しい味わいだけど何杯も食べたいくらいでした
メニューは載ってませんが料理長から
