JR名古屋駅から歩くこと数分、ビルの5Fにお店が有ります。通りから少しだけ入ったところのに有るので、ちょっとした隠れ家感が有ります。
店内は明る過ぎず、薄暗過ぎず丁度良く落ち着いた雰囲気。
お通しでとうもろこし豆腐を頂きました。(写真撮り忘れました)トロトロした食感にとうもろこしの甘みと風味が出汁と調和して美味しい。これから注文する料理の完成度にも期待が高まります。
お造りを頂きます。手前からサーモン、平目、鮪、平政、甲烏賊。印象的だったのが平政です。同じ青物でも鰤などより、柔らかな脂が乗って繊細な旨みがよく分かります。甲烏賊もねっとりと柔らかく甘味が際立ってて美味しいです。飾り包丁が入れてあるのが良いですね。これが有るのと無いのとでは大違いです。3種盛りもありましたが、5種がおすすめだと思います。
他にも出汁巻き、穴子の押し寿司、ワカメの唐揚げなど頂きましたが、どれも手間を惜しまない料理ばかりで、お酒も進むばかりでした。ごちそうさまでした。
