ランチはいい感じ。密かに穴場。
名駅のランチを日々探索している中でたまたま見つけて入ってみた。嘉文といえば名古屋市内にいくつも支店がありそれなりに人気なイメージだがビル自体がややマイナーにためか空いていて驚いた。路面店やユニモールサンロードあたりは並んでいる昼のピーク時間にすんなり座れてしかも半分仕切られているのは非常に快適。
ランチメニューも1000円以内で魅力的なものが並ぶ。この日は日替わり？の黒ムツフライにしてみたが写真の通り大きなフライが三枚も乗っていてあげたてで柔らかくとても美味しかった。タルタルとソースどちらも付いているのもポイントが高い。ドリンクは別途150円。
しかしレジのところにアイスコーヒーメーカーがあり持ち帰り自由。これは嬉しい。

海鮮各種のランチを手軽に楽しめる居酒屋チェーン。しかし久々に来てみたらちょっと残念な結果に。
写真の通りラインナップ豊富で煮物揚げ物お刺身値段も手頃、ご飯と赤だしおかわり自由。頼んだのは魚のあら煮ランチ880円税込。
ボリュームと値段は不満なし。接客居心地はごく普通。ごく平均的な海鮮がウリの居酒屋らしいランチ。
しかしながら残念だったのはとにかくご飯が不味い。米が悪いというより昨日の残り物としか思えない硬さと風味のなさ‥どう考えてもその日に炊いたとは思えない。
もし当日炊いているとしたら米の質と炊き加減がよほどダメなのでは‥それくらい不味いご飯だった。魚のあら煮も好みもあるが甘味がなく食べていて美味しさを感じない。美味しくない。
ご飯の旨みがダイレクトに伝わる海鮮だけにしっかりこだわって欲しい。こんなご飯を出しているようでは話にならない。これは炒飯にすべきご飯。再訪は多分なし。
