名駅にあるセンチュリー豊田ビルの地下１階に入っている「嘉文」です、名古屋ではお馴染みの居酒屋でワタクシもお気に入りのお店です、平日の夜に利用してみました。店内はカウンターとテーブル、個室といった造り、１７時過ぎくらいに入りましたが、まだ早い時間ということもありそれほど混んではいませんでした。
メニューはお刺身などの海鮮系を中心になかなか充実したラインナップ、さらにこの日はリニューアルオープン記念ということで生ビールが半額、さらに味噌煮込みきしめんプレゼントという企画もやっていました。
この日いただいたのはお造り盛合わせに海鮮天ぷら盛合せ、はみだし鉄火など。おまかせお造り盛合わせはサーモン、はまち、タイ、ハガツオたたきの４種類、脂ののったサーモンにはまちなどどれもなかなかにイケますね。
天ぷらもサクッと心地よい食感の衣にぷりぷりの海老やふっくらした魚などどれも美味しかったしはみだし鉄火も言葉どおりびろ〜んとはみ出すしっかりした旨みを感じるまぐろでなかなか良かったですね。
やっぱり嘉文は安定感のあって安心して使えますね、これからもいろんな店舗にお世話になると思います、ごちそうさまでした。
