Since I had points that were about to disappear, I looked for a restaurant that would allow me to make reservations 4 days in advance and made a reservation. Luxurious spring meal (2,200 yen including tax) Salmon, salmon roe, asparagus, fried pork roll with fukinoto, angel shrimp, minced meat cutlet, Spanish mackerel, snow crab, miso soup, salad, rice, kinpira, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and mustard sauce. did. The bread crumbs were fine and all of them were delicious, but the one I thought was the most delicious was probably the minced meat cutlet. It had a fluffy texture and went perfectly with the sauce. There are 5 seats and 3 seats at the counter, 3 tables for 2 people, 2 tables for 4 people, and 2 private rooms. It's not at all wide. I had made a reservation for 11 o'clock, and it took about 40 minutes to finish, but depending on the timing, you might have to wait quite a while since the frying was done by yourself in the order in which the orders were received. The person next to me was ordering a lunch course, and the lunch course was served one item at a time, with about 5 different sauces, and recommended ways to eat it. I think the best value for money is the 7-course 1,600 yen course.
