Kyoto is an ancient capital full of historical atmosphere. ``Samon'' at KITTE Nagoya in JP Tower is a classical adult space inspired by the workshop ``Hashiri'' (sink) and ``Daidoko'' (kitchen) located on the dirt floor of a Kyoto townhouse. Not too fashionable, not too old-fashioned, we boast an exquisite atmosphere that overturns the image of ``Oden shops being too expensive to enter!'' The “extra-large oden pot” peeking out from the side of the noren is a personal item! Please feel free to come alone or with a friend or lover.

When you think of “oden,” you probably imagine a soup stock made with kelp and bonito. However, “Oden” at “Samon” is a little different! We use a rich "chicken stock" that is slowly simmered for a long time, based on our own carefully selected chicken bones and vegetables! The ``chicken soup stock'' is rich in collagen and has a light, gentle and comforting taste. [Specially selected chicken skewer oden] made with carefully selected parts such as parsley, thigh, and gizzard, as well as the standard radish, hanpen, handmade konjac, and other unusual oden are also appealing.
