一昨日は豊橋の疋田歯科の皆さんが私の医院に見学にきた。医院の見学を終えた後、私の自宅でシャンパンとワインを飲んだ後名古屋駅前の鮪のしゃぶしゃぶのお店に皆で出向いた。当日はZimmer-Biomet社の社員の方から疋田歯科の皆さんが私の医院に来ることになっていたのだが、当日、院長はインフルエンザで欠席し、藤原先生、疋田先生、野田先生の3人のゲストと私と家内と息子とZimmer-Biomet社の小俣さんと林さんという総勢8名で二階の個室で宴会だ。
さて、疋田院長がインフルエンザで来れないというのは非常に残念だが、残りのメンバーは皆、私より年下で、ある意味気楽ない会となった。この店では飲み放題プランを選択したにも関わらず、皆でワインを持ち込み、なんかワインパーティーになってしまった。この店はマグロを食べさせる店だが、普段、マグロを刺身でしか食べない私にとっては新鮮な料理だった。まあ、食事より皆との会話で盛り上がったが、私達が持ち込んだワインと料理は良く合い、非常に美味しいく感じた。特に〆のきしめんが非常に美味しく、自分に名古屋人のDNAを再確認することになった。
