初の獅子丸坦々麺❗️
名古屋在住時代に何度か訪れた獅子丸さんへ久々に訪問！今日は初めて坦々麺をオーダーしてみました！
定番の白湯スープに辣油やしっかり味付けのしてある甘味のあるひき肉などがトッピング。
まずベースのスープがうまいです。そこにほんのり辛い辣油でコクと旨味がましますね〜
そして獅子丸さんは麺がうまい！
全体的に完成度が高いと思います♪
いわゆる普通の坦々麺とは違いますので初めての方はご注意を！

名古屋出張で訪問しました。少し早めなら空いてるかなと1130ごろに行きましたが、甘かったです笑 既に15人の列がありました。
よくみたら11時からオープンしてますので、そりゃそうですね〜
30分くらいで順番が回ってきましたが、後ろを振り返ると20人以上の行列になってましたー
今日は伊勢海老らーめんとチャーシューご飯にしてみました。変わらずの独特で旨味の凝縮されたスープに自家製麺がマッチします！
名古屋駅前でランチを探している方は是非行ってみて欲しいお店ですね〜
