まだ行ったことのない居酒屋ランチを探していたところ見つけたこちらのお店。4種類から選べる。鶏の唐揚げもあったけど、お店の名前が魚冠、お魚の一択、今日はトロあじの開き。写真ではちょっと分かりづらいかもしれないけど、デカい‼︎ 脂も乗っていて旨い。ただ骨が多いのが難点。魚好きなので苦ではないけど。お刺身はツバス？食べてみるとツバイソだ。鰤は出世魚でいろいろの呼び名がありますが、富山では大きさにより、ツバイソ、フクラギと言います。が、鰤の幼魚独特のコリコリさがないなぁ。臭みもある。やはり日本海側とは違うんだなと実感。でもあじが旨かったので満足。美味しゅうございました♪

気の合う同僚と居酒屋ランチ。ガッツリ食べたいとのリクエストでやって来ましたこちらのお店。平日のお昼丁度。並ばずに済んだが自分達で満席に。みんな似たようなサラリーマンばかり。人気店だ。同僚は鶏もも肉の唐揚げ、自分はイワシの塩麹焼き＋カツオの刺身にした。無料の卵でTKGに。イワシは肉厚ふっくらで食べ応えあり‼︎ 塩麹が良い仕事している。満足満足。美味しゅうございました♪こちらも久々だったけど値上げした？仕方ないことだけど。
