土曜の夜に友人と名古屋駅で飲むことになったので、ネット情報で魚の写真が美味しそうに感じたこちらのお店を予約してうかがいました。
居酒屋らしく見せないお洒落な外観と入口。店内もそのままに「小洒落た和食割烹」の雰囲気です。入口付近のテーブル席に案内してもらいました。
奥に長い構造のようで、奥の方にグループ用の個室などがたくさんあって、入口あたりにカウンターとテーブル席。2人客は入口付近ののテーブル席に、3人以上が奥の方に案内されているようです。
お約束の「生ビール」、「舟盛り刺身」「牛すじどて煮」「ポテトサラダ」「手羽先唐揚げ」を注文しました。刺身は「マグロの赤身」「鯛」「カンパチ」「タコ」に「カツオの炙り」・・いずれも新鮮さが分る美味しい魚たちでした。
「ポテトサラダ」と「牛すじどて煮」も間違いなし。「手羽先唐揚げ」の甘辛味が気に入って、ビールが進んで次は「ハイボール」・・ 友人はもう3杯目です（笑）
ここでテーブルの料理はまだ残っていましたが、「焼き時間30分ほど」と書かれていたので「本マグロ・スペアリブ焼き」のハーフを早めにオーダーしました。
しっかり焼かれて出てきたのは写真で見ると何か分からない謎の物体です（笑） 「カマ」の後ろの「ヒレ」あたりの部位のように思います。こういう面倒なのをほぐすのが好きなので担当しました。突いたり剝がしたりしているといろいろな隙間から身やコラーゲンが結構イッパイ出てきます。ほぐしているうちにこの「身」と「コラーゲン」が程よく混ざって美味しい味わいに・・ 皮もパリパリ食感で、固くて食べられないギリギリぐらいのところまで頑張って食べてかなり楽しめました。最後に友人が骨皮をチェックして「もう無理だな・・」と合格です（笑）
さらにラストにこれもちょっと珍しい「マグロのレアカツ」を注文、低温で揚げられていると思われる柔らかな「レアカツ」を「黄身醤油」で楽しみました。タルタルでも食べてみたい・・
こちらのお店のお値段高めのメニューもいろいろ選んで、二人でドリンク7杯飲んでちょうど一人5000円ほどでした。素材、料理、雰囲気を考えるとお値打ちだと思います。
地下街を上手く使えると駅からも便利なロケーションです。落ち着きのある洒落た雰囲気の中で美味しい酒と肴・・いかがでしょう。
