This restaurant has delicious sashimi, Other fish dishes, and a decent selection of side dishes. Perhaps because the market is close, the sashimi is delicious.Although the red meat and salmon are not that different, the white meat such as amberjack and sea bream have a crunchy yet firm texture that gives you a sense of freshness. You can't go wrong if you order sashimi. The fried tuna that came with the appetizer also looked very good, and I wanted to order it on the menu, but I couldn't find it. I ordered a rare tuna cutlet from a similar route, but it wasn't bad, but I think it would be better served as an appetizer. The milt ponzu sauce was bland or rather watery, which I didn't like. The things that were good were Gyoza / Dumpling, torikara, and sea urchin cream. Maybe it's Croquette, but Gyoza / Dumpling has a lot of garlic in it, and you'll want to eat it with the rice. The fried chicken is large, but juicy and soft on the inside, making it a safe dish to order. Be careful when eating the sea urchin cream Croquette, it's extremely hot, so if you eat it right after it comes out, you'll be in trouble. You'll be exposing yourself in front of your boss or girlfriend, so let it sit for a while before eating. It's still pretty hot, but the sea urchin flavor is so strong that you can't tell if it contains crab or not. It's different from crab cream Croquette. You can really taste the sea urchin. At first, we started with beer, but from the second drink onwards, we ordered Chinchiro Highball.Every time we ordered, we made Chinchirorin in front of us, and the highball was free, half price, or mega, so we didn't have to worry about it. I don't have any, so I'm getting more and more excited thinking I should try this. For me, this restaurant is positioned as a place where you can eat delicious sashimi, and I'll have to come back again to try the Chinchiro Highball. Thank you for the meal.
