のビールしかない!! 入店後に判明、謎の単価?
外看板「牡蠣フライ1580円」に誘われ、
追加で「自然薯が+400円」で愉しめると判明、
1760円「炭火焼魚自然薯とろろ御前」もよさ
げで、入店決行!!
日本料理を得意とする「三ぶん」流石牡蠣フライ
の粒は大粒で納得!!
自然薯自体は冷えているので、温かいご飯でも冷
えてしまうが健康にはいい、ただ煮物は冷たい。
ランチだからなぁ~。
❖謎の小瓶の単価?
お酒?色々あり「ヒレ酒」1320円はお得で、
小瓶「880円」と比べたら、ビールは割高だ!!
❖入店は「3分(ぶん)じゃなかった」
ランチ時、人が並んでなく、女性スタッフさんが、
片付けをしますから、お待ちください。と言って
15分以上。
しかも単独男性の人を先に譲ってしまい、某ビジ
ネス通路から、予約のビジネス客も。
丁度、映画終わりのお客さんが重なったタイミン
グだったそうで、最終的に個室にどうぞ!! って。
❖コンセプト
東京由来の「尾張 三ぶん」は和食に器と調度品
に拘り、2017年にオープンした店舗で、お昼時に
は、ミッドランド名古屋「ビジネス棟」との連絡
通路から近いから、ビジネスマンの多くは予約し
てのランチで賑わう。
名古屋でも有数の高額家賃のビルから現れる方々
は、ランチもリッチなのかな?

「ヒルトン東京」「京王プラザホテル」などの
ホテルで和食を学び、割烹銀座『中嶋』ほかで
料理長を経験後、東京ミッドタウン日比谷の

個室にあった「サーモス社」のステンレスポット、
我が家は某社「硝子魔法瓶」ポットを愛用し、
年中アツアツのお湯が保温出来て便利だけど、
サーモス社のポットがアツアツで保温されていて
驚いた!!
日本初のステンレス魔法瓶は「日本酸素」が世に
出し、その後「象印マホービン」も追随。
今は「日本酸素」が親会社で「サーモス社」が、
頑張っている。 テレビ東京の番組紹介サイト
ガラス、ステンレスも二重構造で、
内部の空気層と「デュワー効果」で、鏡面ガラス
が温度の光りが反射。
しかし、最近のステンレス魔法瓶の内部にはテフ
ロン加工が施されて、その「デュワー」が導きさ
れないかと想像していたが、
意外や意外「あったかいんだからぁ」!!
