"Black Satsuma Chicken" is the pride of the producer Kuso, Isancho. Black Satsuma chicken is Kagoshima's premier local chicken that is rich in the umami ingredient inosinic acid and has a unique flavor and elasticity. The more you chew, the more juicy and deep the flavor becomes. The soy sauce is Kyushu sweet soy sauce. Enjoy with garlic, ginger, and onions as garnishes! Quantities are limited, so hurry!
