Ginjo Tuna is located in the basement of Lucent Tower. I was finally able to visit the store that I had been saving for a while. It's refreshing because I don't often go to Lucent. I'm glad the basement is connected. As expected from Nagoya (lol) It was the first night of a three-day weekend, but the number of customers was about 70%. It's surprisingly a little-known spot...✨ The selling point here is all-you-can-drink Japanese sake and tuna dishes. After all, the appetizer is clam soup. Alcohol is already in your body even before you drink it. On this day, I wasn't one of the members who had a strong appetite for alcohol, so I took my time and ordered a single item. There are so many dishes on the menu that it's hard to decide what to order. I ordered tuna sashimi, tuna cheek teriyaki, stingray fillet, nagaimo fries, and seared chicken breast with wasabi (Prosciutto). I was really worried about all the other menu items I wanted to try... In particular, the teriyaki tuna cheek meat is tender, has a good amount of fat, and has a strong flavor that goes perfectly with alcohol. There was a wide variety of sake, from famous sakes from the Tokai region to rare sakes. I would definitely like to come back to this store again. Thank you for the meal!
