1人でサクッと行ける名古屋名物を探していて
何軒か出てきましたが、遅くまで開いていて
ホテルへの導線が良さそうなこちらをチョイス。
20:35頃に到着。遠くから行列が見えたので
すぐこちらのお店だとわかりました。
15人ほど並んでいたと思いますが、回転が早く
20分ほどで入店できました。
オーダーは並んでいる時に定員さんから聞かれるか
中に入ってタブレットでオーダーかのどちらか。
今回は初めてだったのでおすすめの
大名味噌煮込みうどん2,420円にしました。
こちらのえびの天ぷらと名古屋コーチンが入っている
ものです。全てに自家製漬物付き。
オーダーしてから10分ほどできました。
熱々の土鍋です。食べ方は蓋に入れて食べるよう。
だけどそのまま食べました。
んー、、うどんはめちゃくちゃ固めです。
時間が経っても伸びず、固いままでした。
スープは味噌がめちゃくちゃ強く、出汁とかが
効いてない印象です。the 味噌って感じで濃い。
私は美味しく感じませんでした。
しかもこれで2,000円超えってめっちゃ高い。
総評して微妙。。好みはあると思いますが、、
