The meat is selected by a connoisseur trained at a butcher shop. We carefully select meat with a strong flavor. In addition to Kuroge Wagyu beef, we also use Chinese herbal Wagyu beef. Kampo Wagyu beef is available only at our store in Nagoya. We raise healthy cows and feed them a blend of 14 types of herbs for 8 months to achieve the best beef quality possible. The melting point of fat is extremely low, melting at 21℃, so it does not remain in the body and can be eaten in a healthy way.
