この日は名古屋ステイ中。
3月末から外国人のイースター休暇やら、子供さん達の春休みやらが始まったからなのか、ホテルが平日でもどこも軒並み凄い価格です…。
大阪、京都がなかなか値段が下がらないので、普段とそんなに変わらず高い名古屋に宿泊することに。
ホテルで仕事をこなして昼飯時。
鰻が食べたいと思い、前々から行ってみたかったお店に電話してみます。
無事に予約ができて、お店に向かいます。
四間道付近にある、うなぎ家しば福やさん！
うな富士出身の方のお店とのことで、ずっと前からBMしていたのです。
店頭予約時間の12時頃着！
中に入ると入口付近の待ち席に人いっぱい！？
予約名を告げるとテーブル席にすんなり案内されます。
雨が降る平日でも結構混んでいたので、予約されてから行かれるのをオススメします。
メニューと注文はタッチパネルから…。
タレご飯があまり好きではないので、ご飯と鰻が別々に分かれている長焼き膳をお願いしました！
10分ほどで着皿…えっ！？早過ぎないか？
まずは真ん中あたりの一切れを、そのままいただきます。
脂が乗って身はふわふわ、皮目はそこまでパリっとしておらず、あんまり地焼き感はありません。
普通に食べて美味しいです。
でも食べ進めていくと、脂がキツく感じるのと、独特な風味がちょっと気になり始めます。
そんな時は山椒を削り掛けるよりも、添えられたわさびを乗せていただくのが良かったです。
脂の乗った腹周りよりも、尾っぽの方にいくにつれて、カリッと感が増してとても美味しく感じられました。
後半は追いタレも使いつつ、あっという間にペロリ。
