熟練の技が織りなす鰻料理が最高！！
何が最高かは後に説明します。
百名店にもビブグルマンにも選出されていてとても人気店だが、比較的予約が取りやすいのが穴場でもあるかもしれない。ただ予約していかないとかなり待つかもしれないので注意。
外観は昔ながらの作りのレトロな感じで、中は2階あり、テーブル席と沢山の人が入ることができ、落ち着いている空間だ。
今回、ひつまぶしを注文。
まず焼き具合が完璧で、表面の焦げ感とパリッとした食感、中はフワッとしていて1口でこの料理はすごいと思わせる。
鰻の脂も上質でとても旨みがあり、程よい甘さのタレとの相性がとても良い。
ご飯も硬めでしっかり粒だって炊き上げているので、タレに対してべちゃっとならず、ご飯だけでも美味しいくらい。
総合的にクオリティが高く、本当においしかった！
