名駅前、6階にあるお寿司屋さん
6階につくと、高級感ある店構えのお寿司屋さんがありました。
個室もいくつかあるものの、今日はカウンターで。
目の前でお寿司を握っていただきました。
ビールを注文してから料理スタート。
南蛮漬けをいただきながら、大将とこの後飲むお酒について相談しました。
前菜ももちろんお酒によく合うものばかりでした。なかでも牡蠣の燻製がすきでした。
お酒は何にしようかと相談していたらたらの白子が。鮮度がよく、甘いおいしい白子でした。
日本酒はたくさんあるものの、オレンジワインやソフトドリンクもいろいろおすすめがありますよ
と聞き、期待大。
聞いておきながらなんだかんだ言って日本酒を注文しましたが。。。
日本酒は一番気になっていた観音下から。
濃厚～～～～～和食によく合うしっかりした味の日本酒。
香りがとっても良くおいしかったです。
マグロからスタート。
そのあと大好きなウニの食べ比べが。3種あり、塩水ウニ、紫ウニ、赤ウニ。
どれも違った味わいです。なかでも赤ウニが濃厚でおいしかったです。
その他、ヒラメのえんがわは柚子風味だったり、のどぐろは竹炭塩、海老にはからすみもかかっていて
いろいろな味が楽しめました。ベーシックな味付けのものもいいけど、たまには変わり種もいいなとおもいました。
いくらには富山のしろえびとキャビアがのっていました。
アワビがはいった蒸し物はあっさりしていながらも肝いり、上品な味でとってもおいしかったです。
おなかいっぱいのところに、〆のとろたくとたまごが。おなかいっぱいでも美味しいから問題なく完食。
デザートはほうじ茶アイスとおいしい緑茶でした。
大将との魚やお酒の話も楽しめて、とても良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
