Used for company year-end party. It was for a client, but it was like half family. There were about 15 people. The food consisted of three kinds of appetizers, edamame, salad, potatoes, fried chicken, hot pot, and kishimen noodles for the final course. Well, it was very cheap, so you can't expect high quality food. The kinpira appetizer tasted like it came from a bag, but it was surprisingly delicious lol, the small pacific saury was squishy, and the cold tofu was cotton. The fried chicken was breast meat, but the seasoning was excellent. The edamame was frozen. It was quite tasty. The hot pot was a salt-based shabu shabu. The vegetables were a bit poor, but I added them. I was told to shabu shabu the sliced chicken breast and pork belly, but I decided it would be better to cook them thoroughly, so I put everything in like a normal hot pot, simmered them thoroughly, and ate them. I was happy with the kishimen noodles for the final course, but they were very soft. I mainly drank sour drinks, but they all tasted too sweet. I think it would be better to drink it without syrup. The only saving grace was that the quality of the draft beer was good. Well, the price was what it was, so I can't say anything extravagant, but it felt like a Nagoya Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). There are a lot of private Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Nagoya. It's very close to Aki Station, so I think the location is great.
