カコ花車本店近くの韓国惣菜居酒屋ナムル。
以前から気になっていた店だ。
今日のランチタイムも何人か並んでいる。
店内は結構広く、ソーシャルディスタンス。コテコテさは無く、お客さんの80%は女性の若者だ。
この店のルールとしては、初めにワンドリンク+お通しを注文しないといけない。
○ 肉吸い定食+生中で締めて¥1,540
肉吸い定食は、肉吸いにごはんと唐揚げにキムチと沢庵がつく驚異的ボリューム。
肉吸い・・・
なんとなく、肉のスープなんだろうなと思っていたが、大ぶりの容器にたっぷり入って出てきた。肉ともやし、ニラ、椎茸に糸こんにゃく。確かに健康食のようだ。スープは澄んでいるけれど、肉と野菜の旨みがしっかり出ている。これがバツグンにうまい。このスープをごはんにかけると二度うまい。
