此方をＢＭさせて頂いたのは遥か昔の事であり
お洒落な空間と蕨餅や最中そしてカキ氷目当て
でいつか伺いたいと考えていましたがなかなか
叶わず月日だけが過ぎておりました・・・
しかしながら夏季限定の蕨餅が食べたい症候群
となりついに予約を入れさせて頂く。数日後に
インスタか何かで桃のカキ氷を作られている事
も知り両方頂く事を決めましたね。
若干の余裕を見て到着しいつも通り至近距離の
ＣＰに停めるつもりが本当に全てのと言っても
過言ではない程満車。結局かなり遠方のＣＰに
停めて伺う事に。この日は相当気温が高かった
のでネックファンが無かったらワタクシの様な
デブには耐えられない暑さでしたね・・・
定刻を迎え入店。靴を脱いで入店です。左手に
カウンター右手にテーブル奥に中庭がある素敵
空間です。若い方が丁寧に説明頂けます。予約
しておいた蕨餅にカキ氷をお願い。
■季節の旬果実 白桃と味醂 自家製焙じ和紅茶シロップ
投稿されている写真から勝手に小ぶりなカキ氷
だと思っておりましたが相違。思わず女将さん
にデカいですね！と言ってしまいました・・・
此処では大きいですねという言葉が適切だった
なとスグ後悔しました。その佇まいからとても
上品なカキ氷。白桃なので桃自体はアレでした
が氷とシロップそしてクリーム全てが上質に作
られている事が理解出来るモノ。美味い☆
■夏季限定 冷やし本蕨餅
緩い蕨餅ではなくぷるんとして弾力ある蕨餅で
例えが間違っているかもしれませんが良い意味
で筋肉質と言えば良いのか？決して硬いという
意味ではない。他にはないしっかりとした固形
でありながら柔らかい作りたてに拘るとこんな
食感になるんだという蕨餅である。味も濃くて
黄粉と蜜？が見事に調和しています。美味い☆
総じて、
予約際備考欄に「料理の撮影をさせて下さい」
の旨を記載しておいたのですが当日朝店舗から
電話連絡があり、どういった撮影をされるのか
詳しくお聞かせ頂えますか？と・・・過去にも
そういった記述はして参りましたが事前に連絡
があった事は初めてであり逆に言うとそれだけ
しっかりとした対応をされる店舗であると感心
致しました。というか今後は記載しないか写真
撮らせて下さい程度のフランクな書き方の方が
良いのかもしれない・・・撮影と言う言葉が重
く受け止められてしまったのかな反省。
いや素敵で居心地の良い空間と空気感だったと
考えます。是非とも再訪させて頂き最中と御茶
を頂きたいですね。大人の空間でありワタクシ
も５０歳を過ぎてようやくこういった店舗へと
来れる様になったと感激で御座います。
上品な空間と空気間を備えた茶房で頂く甘味、御馳走様でした☆
