The approximately 150-year-old traditional house, which was certified by Nagoya City as a ``Certified Regional Building Asset,'' has been reborn as a tea room with a modern atmosphere while retaining its charm. The space where you can relax and enjoy Japanese tea at the luxurious plain wood counter is perfect for relaxing for adults. Please come on your own or on a date. We recommend that you come and enjoy the sophisticated yet relaxing atmosphere.

We have a selection of carefully selected Japanese teas from production areas in the Tokai area. ``Kabusecha'' with less bitterness, ``Sencha'' with a good balance, ``Hojicha'' which uses luxurious first tea, and rare ``Wilted Sencha''. In addition, we have selected ``Kamaairicha'' with its unique aroma and ``Japanese black tea'' with its gorgeousness. ``We want to act as a bridge between visiting customers and producers,'' so we decided to focus on lesser-known masterpieces instead of famous ones. Enjoy the flavor that changes depending on how you brew it, along with sweets.

We created the original Monaka with [Fukuen] in Ogashira Bridge, a long-established Japanese Japanese Confectionery shop that will soon be celebrating its 100th anniversary. The sugar content of the bean paste is lowered to balance out the delicate taste of Sencha, and the filling is made with roasted walnuts and dried figs. The black monakadane mixed with bamboo charcoal gives it a modern look. You can also enjoy it with cognac if you like. In addition, we are particular about the details of the tea ceremony, such as seasonal fresh sweets selected by the proprietress.
