A manufacturer specializing in raw bread flour, we perform integrated production from bread dough, bake bread with different proportions of flour and sugar, and adjust the fineness of the bread flour to meet the detailed orders of each restaurant. The various bread crumbs created by different breads and different methods of pulling are the key to our specialty Fried Skewers.

A long-established company in Aichi that has been making sauce for 90 years and continues to create the same taste. Mild and spicy, using a manufacturing method that has been passed down since the company's founding, they purchase whole spices and mill them in-house to seal in volatile oils, aromas, and flavors in the sauce before they escape. It is our famous supporting character that goes perfectly with crispy bread crumbs.
