行って参りました。
大将お任せコース16,000円
とても素晴らしいコースでした。
◯カワハギの刺身と肝
刺身がキラキラ輝いて刺身の食感も味もたまらない、贅沢に肝酢醤油的なのと食べたけど臭みも一切なく美味しい。
◯ホタテ赤貝
酢味噌でいただきましたが、
絶妙な酢味噌加減がたまらない。
◯雲子茶碗蒸し
白子がクリーミーで美味しく
さっき食べた肝酢醤油ぽいのにつけて食べてさらに感動。
◯飛騨牛A5下仁田ネギ
魚貝の合間にお肉が食べれると思っていなかったので嬉しかった
◯クルマエビ
クルマエビが美しく、食べてもプリプリで美味しい
なによりも目の前で捌けれるのが見れるのもたまらない。
◯アオリイカ
まさに旬なアオリイカをお鮨て食べれるとは、甘み柔らかさ絶品でした。
◯鯖
こちらは美しすぎて写真撮りまくりました笑
◯毛がに
噴火産湾でとれた毛蟹
◯マツカワカレイ
プリとした食感と脂がらたまらない
◯トヤマエビ
口のなかでとろけ甘みが凄い。
◯トロ
◯マグロ
トロとまぐろは見た目も美しくもちろん美味しい。
◯味噌汁
先程でてきたクルマエビが入った味噌汁めちゃ美味しかった。。
漏れてるのもあるかもしれないですが、
一品一品が丁寧で大満足でした。
何度も美味いを連発してしまいました、
ご馳走様でした。
最後はガムをいただけました笑
