I was invited by a friend to visit Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) [Gin] for the first time♪ When you go up to the 5th floor of the building, a large maze-like space opens up! It's nice that all the seats are in private rooms. *This restaurant mainly serves Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and Japanese Japanese-style meal, but today, the Cochin shabu shabu course (all-you-can-drink unlimited time) is being offered for a limited time from 6,000 yen to 5,000 yen. That's how much Cochin is served in this course (lol) I don't usually eat chicken, but I was very satisfied with the light yet flavorful Cochin in a variety of dishes.* My favorite was the Nagoya Cochin shabu shabu!
