ランチで伺いました。とてもお得な5500円のコースでしたが、ネタもすごく良く１つ１つ丁寧に握って頂けて美味しかったです。
1つ気になったのはあがり。有料の緑茶なら美味しかったかもしれませんが、寿司屋で無料のあがりがきちんと美味しい店が本物だと思います。そうゆうところに店の品格が出ると思うので、ミシュランを大々的にアピールするなら、あがりも美味しいものを出していただけたらと思いました。
