柳橋にオープンした尾鷲便の南水産が経営する焼き鶏と鮮魚のお店。
紀州備長炭も尾鷲の業者から買い付け、魚も全て尾鷲便だそう。
新鮮な尾鷲直送の魚達をベテランの板長が調理し、紀州備長炭を使った焼鳥を店長が料理してる。
赤鶏のせせり、赤鶏のぼんじり、名古屋コーチンの皮、つくね、鯖みりん茶漬け、お造り3種盛り合わせなどを食べた。
お刺し身は、ハタ、うちわハギ、カツオ、ハモで、ハモは料理長のサービスだった。
魚卸店が裏にあるため、そこから生きた魚を持ってきて使ってるため、焼き鳥屋なんだけど、刺身がめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
