ふらりと歩いていたら、ほんのり漏れる灯りに誘われてお伺いしました。
店内は打ちっぱなしのスタイリッシュな感じ。
入口には焼き鳥を焼くための調理場がありあました…炭火で焼いているよう。
厨房に接するカウンターに腰かけ、メニューを確認。
魚も色々ありますが、焼き鳥メニューが秀逸。
希少な部位が色々ある！
と言う訳で、冷酒と鳥肝煮。焼き鳥のそでもと・ひなとろ・とっくり・たまみち・とさかをお願いしました。
鳥肝は濃すぎず薄すぎずの良い味付け。きもの旨みを堪能できました。
焼き物は食感・舌触り・旨み・脂などそれぞれ異なり、同じ鳥をいただいているとは思えないバリエーション。
実は先にちょっと呑んでおり、２軒目でふらりとお伺いしたお店。
鶏だけでなく魚介も新鮮そうなので、今度はゆっくり腰をすえて呑んでみようと思います。
