気に入っている小料理バル ドメで1次会を終えた後、残った仲間と焼鳥探しの旅に出る。
幸い近くに「炭火やきとり鱔」を直ぐに見つけた。ゴマメと読むらしい。
外観はいかにもの焼鳥店。
外から焼き場も見えるし、大きな換気扇がドカンと入口にある。
人を吸い寄せる目的か？
店内もThe居酒屋。
テーブル席主体でL字カウンターもある。
奥には座敷もあるようで席数は分からないが結構広い。
2次会なのでハイボール500円を数杯飲んだが、生ビールは600円で普通の価格帯。
お通し以外は焼鳥ばかりを注文した。
ハツ200円に撮り忘れた丹波赤鶏熟成もも、ねぎま280円、ぼんじり180円、皮はコーチンらしく220円。
ホールの男性店員さんの動きは良く元気もいい。
飲物も焼鳥も適度な速さでやってきた。
焼鳥はどれも焦げ目良く、炭の香りもいい。
やっぱり炭焼きと言うだけで焼鳥は別格となる。
名前に釣られてか確かに熟成ももと皮は美味しく感じた。
暗示効果かもしれない。
ただ値段はねぎまの280円を筆頭に高いかな。
場所代もあろうがもう少し頑張って欲しい。
それでも店の雰囲気もサービスも良く、炭火焼鳥を食べたくなったら寄りたい。
1次会からも利用してみたいものだ。
