Takayoshi's Sushi was located in the basement of the building next to Beamon, and I was curious about it, so I called them as the Shinkansen arrived in Nagoya at around 6:40pm on my way back from TYO. I asked if I could enter from 7:30 pm. I was the only one at the 8-seat counter. Several people in a private room. There are traces of two previous customers at the counter. I like that they specify a time when they can provide a good service instead of cramming it all together. I had the cherry blossom course. Five snacks, including white fish snacks, are right in front of you at once. The pace is a little fast. Nagoya Cochin, firefly squid, abalone, and tuna fatty tuna. The whitebait fish has a good dashi soup and is delicious. The abalone is a little small in size. The boiled liver is also delicious. Chutoro (fatty fatty tuna) has a lot of fat on it, so even when you put a lot of wasabi on it, it's not spicy at all. It's meltingly delicious. For alcohol, change from draft beer to hidden sake. Horaisen no Gin to Sora. The last one is made. It's too delicious. All the nigiri were delicious. We enjoyed delicious sushi while enjoying its marriage with Japanese sake.
