本当に美味しいです。名古屋の鮨屋で本当の江戸前鮨を食べれました。名古屋では数年前から江戸前鮨が出店してますが、江戸前鮨の本場銀座で修行した鮨職人の店は無いじゃないのかな？江戸前鮨の有名な店名を何も関係ないのにそのまま使ってる店も名古屋には多いです。ここの大将は京都の料亭で修行し銀座で鮨を学んだらしく全ての料理が繊細で米の一粒まで美味しいです。女将さんの接客も天然さんなのか？一貫だけ女将さんに握ってもらいましたが、見た目は良くなかったですが優しい握りで口の中で米がぱらついて美味しかったですよ！とても優しく面白かったです。ご馳走様でした。本当に美味しく楽しい空間でした。
