On November 1, 2022, a Meat Dishes restaurant [shabu shabu and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Waniku] will open on the 4th floor Restaurants floor of Midland Square. We offer 46 seats in 32 tables, 4 counter seats, and 9 private rooms in a high-quality interior with gentle lighting. Although it is luxury-oriented, it can also be used for everyday use at a reasonable price. Please relax in a calm and elegant space.

For our shabu shabu, we use a generous amount of Rausu kelp from Hokkaido, a high-quality kelp that is also known as the "three major dashi kelp." Roughly shaved Rausu kelp is slowly and carefully boiled, and flavorful dried bonito flakes are added to give it a fragrance. We created an amber-colored soup stock with a deep, rich flavor and a rich aroma. It goes perfectly with carefully selected high-quality Wagyu beef and brings out the original flavor of Wagyu beef.
