雰囲気でまず持ってかれる。

その奥にカウンターがある
広いカウンターに坊主頭の職人
期待が膨れ上がる
一見怖そうで喋ったら怒られそうな雰囲気だけど、とても優しい
このギャップ
女将さんやソムリエも優しいので雰囲気が和やかになる
出てくる一品料理はもちろんうまい
ていうか漬物のカブってデザートみたいに柔らかく、ほんのり甘くなるんだ。
この辺りで気持ちが持ってかれそうになる
ガリもね、なんでこんなにうまいのか不思議でたまらない
これだけでご飯二杯はいける
そして、一品料理が続く
ヒラメの刺身
これはちょっと前に別の店で食べてたから感動は薄いけどふつうにうまい
ブリの漬けの刺身
もうダメですね、これ食べたら気持ちトビます
めちゃくちゃうまい
あぶらのってて、かつ歯ごたえあって
ここから先は何食べても美味く感じるモード突入
ちなみにワサビはそのまま食べても美味いしい。
おかわりしちゃいました。
焼魚も皮に切り口あって一口サイズに箸で切りやすい
なんでこんなうまいんだろ、寿司屋の焼魚って。
大好きです
寿司はもちろん美味しかったけど、サバ巻き、特製ソースのかかった白身、ウニ あたりが特によかったなー
金額は高いけど、そこを気にしなければ雰囲気サービス味で満足しない人はいないはず
