木・金のみスパイスカレーランチを提供している。
3種スパイスカレー（1,500円）を頼んだ。
行った日は、グリーンキーマカレー、Captainポークカレー、めっちゃ海老のココナッツカレーの3種全てを選んだ。
グリーンキーマカレーは、旨辛ココナッツミルクの汁気を挽肉に吸わせて、竹の子の食感とパプリカの彩り創作タイカレー。
Captainポークカレーは、豚バラなんこつをトロトロになるまで煮込み、甘味と旨味のバランスを重視して、辛味を控えめに仕上げたスパイスカレー。
めっちゃ海老のココナッツカレーは、海老の頭と殻を乾煎りしてから煮込んで海老エキスを搾り出して、ココナッツミルクでクリーミーに仕上げたカレー。
どれもかなり美味しい。
インドには行った事はないそうだけど、かなり研究されているなぁって思った。
