お店に入ると、カウンターに置かれた土鍋、肉豆腐の大きな鍋、茶碗蒸しの蒸し器が目に入ります
特にお米には拘りがあるようで
京の米老舗八代目儀兵衛の最上級ブランドを使用されていると聞いては注文しないという選択肢はないですね

お通しには蒸したての茶碗蒸しが
茶碗蒸しにお餅が入っていたのはビックリしましたが、茶碗蒸しにお餅が合うという新発見‼️

肉豆腐は鍋でじっくり煮込まれているので、味がしみしみ☺️
お肉も国産和牛ロースを使用されているので柔らかくてとろける美味しさでした☺️

鯛めしは拘りのお米で炊かれているので美味しいに決まってますね
味付も出汁が効いていて優しいお味でとても美味しかったです
こちらの釜めしは、薬味と出汁が付いてくるので、2杯目はお茶漬けにして食べるのもオススメ❣️
