最近インスタでよく見て気になってる和食のお店。
いつもは帰りが別々の子供らが珍しく揃ったので、久しぶりに家族で外出って事でこちらに訪問♪
お店の入口は見過ごしそうだけど、二階に上がる階段から別世界へと誘われる感あって雰囲気ありますね～
テーブル席に案内されると…お隣さんは何とテレビでも見るの超有名インフルエンサーの方のグループ！(・∀・)
やはりこちらのお店の注目度凄いな〜

餅が入ってる茶碗蒸し、鰹と昆布の一番出汁を使用して旨味たっぷり！
入口の蒸篭蒸された出来たてが出てくるのでアツアツで美味しい♪
豊浜のアジフライ、めちゃ大きくてビックリ！Σ(･ω･ﾉ)ﾉ
サクサクで食べ応えあって、タルタルとソースで食べる事できます。
国産黒毛和牛ロースを使ったご馳走肉豆腐。
肉の旨味をたっぷり吸った豆腐も絶品！
一番楽しみにしてた鯛めし。
八代目儀兵衛の最上級ブランド「翁霞」と希少種「夢ごこち」をブレンドした米を使うなど拘りがあり、そのままでもシンプルに旨い！
それを専用の出汁でお茶漬けにすると、旨味が広がってサラサラ〜って食べられます(*´∀｀*)
甘酒プリンはちょい固めのクラシカルなプリンに甘酒エキスが相まって、風味豊かにシメる事出来ました。
