It is a Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) that opened on April 4, 2023, less than a 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, and I tried using it on a weeknight. The first and second floors of the flashy-looking building are here restaurant, the first floor is a counter with 6 seats and a table, and the second floor is a private room with tables and dugouts. I entered around 20 o'clock, but it was not so crowded. The menu includes fish dishes such as sashimi and grilled fish, Fried food such as tempura, and various types of soba noodles in Shime. In addition, there was an all-you-can-drink drink for 120 minutes and 1500 yen for a single item. We had pot-roasted meat, tofu and deep-fried duck thighs, tempura skewers, scallops, shiitake mushrooms, etc. Of course, I asked for all-you-can-drink drinks. The pot-roasted meat tofu is a large piece of meat with tofu and burdock root with konjac, and each is soaked in flavor, and the tangy stimulation of chili peppers is also good. The deep-fried duck thighs are not bad because the crispy batter is my favorite type and the meat is juicy. I ordered soba noodles, the volume was quite large, and the flavor of soba noodles was felt as it was, and of course it was different from the sole of a full-fledged soba restaurant, but as a soba in Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), I personally thought it might not be sparkling. In the store, a rakugo-like voice was played at a high volume, and this may be intentional, but I personally felt that there was a mismatch for the atmosphere, but I was happy with All-you-can-drink course (for drinks only). It was a feast.
