Two of us came here for a friend's birthday. My friend wanted to eat hormones, so I was looking for a restaurant that looked like that. I happened to find it while looking at the location of my inn on Google Maps, and was directed to Tabelog page. Look at other people's reviews. Click here for fresh offal caught in the morning and the beautiful interior of the store. I thought the course was more economical and easier because I could concentrate on the story. My friend said he doesn't eat that much, so I decided to have it a la carte with the intention of snacking on it here and there. So, since it's such a big deal, I thought I'd ask for a surprise message plate for my friend's birthday in the notes section when making an online reservation in advance. I received a phone call directly from the store manager. When I told them I was coming from outside the prefecture. Instead of me having to bring in a cake as I am not familiar with the area, the staff member will go to a nearby cake shop and prepare a whole cake on the day (@_@)! Wow, I'm glad you're willing to go that far (>_<) However, the two of us can't eat all the whole cakes. The meat seems to be delicious, so I told her I'd like to eat a lot of meat, and she said ok. No matter what you eat, the meat is fresh and delicious✨ I was surprised by the size and texture of the first piece of tongue. Both of us said it was really delicious (lol) After that, we ate different parts of the hormone, but I got so excited that I couldn't take any photos (>_<) I added salt to each part of the hormone that I wanted. I'm glad you can choose the seasoning, such as miso. By the way, let me tell you how delicious it was. I'm a big drinker, so I tried drinking beer, Japanese sake, and red and white wine. My friend ordered two bowls of white rice and washed it down with beer (lol) I was just going to grab a bite (lol) By the way, the only wine I wanted to drink was a bottle. My friend said he didn't drink wine that day, so I had a glass. If you're feeling well, I think it's a good place for wine lovers to have one bottle per person (^ω^) There are counter seats in the front of the store, so you can drink alone, and there are box seats in the back, so it's good for large groups. It's easy to use. If I lived nearby, I would want to go there regularly and make it my go-to shop (^ω^) If I ever go to Nagoya, I would definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal (^ω^)
